Events

Q: What Events do you do and how much do you charge?

A: We offer a warm and pleasurable experience catering for all music events, large or small - Birthday's, Weddings, Christenings, Coming of age, pretty much anything. We also provide Karaoke services which can be booked separately or you can have disco and karaoke on the same night! make you party that extra special. Costs are down to the date of which you require you event, off peak and peak may vary. Prices below.

Q: How Do I know if the price your quoting is reasonable, should I call around and get a cheaper quote?

A: We would welcome you to call around as we are confident that are prices are at rock bottom, the average disco is around £180 - £220 per event. We realise that cost is important and that is why we are undercutting a large majority of disco companies within the area, because we have alot more to offer and more importantly experience, we can provide it all in a package to suit your needs.

Q: I requested a song at the last disco party and the DJ never played any of the tracks, how is Livewire different from others?

A: Livewire offers customer's the chance to pre book there chosen songs online or before the big event, this helps make you night more memorable having the music they want to hear rather than the songs you don't. If you have access to email then tell us what you would like to hear or you can text message your songs via SMS, Post your songs whatever is easiest for you!

Due to new laws enforced we change our equipment annually to comply with safety checks and inspections, this means that all our products are EEC compliant and are covered within the warranty period, keeping in date with new lightning and sound equipment available on the market.

Safety and Compliance

The Boring Part which needs to be adhered to.

We realise that safety is a imperative to any event, which is why we are protected with disco insurance, to cover any incidents which may occur, due to the expensive equipment on hire and to eliminate risk and injury, we ask for children to keep clear of lights in motion and cabling. We will endeavour to ensure all cables and wires are out of play, we encourance adults to keep children under close supervision where possible, help us to help you keep the event accident free.

Friday Night - Disco only - £120 - £140 from 7pm upto 12am Midnight* Sat / Sun bookings only!

Saturday Night - Disco only - £140 from 7pm upto 12am Midnight*

with Karaoke please add £3.00 per hour / £10 all inclusive

About Us

We are experienced at what we love to do and that is to entertain you the organiser, we will arrive at the venue, setup our equipment in time for the big event, using the state of the art GPS navigation we find you - all we need is the postcode, on the unlikely event any problems arise we will keep you informed of the situation every step of the way.

Party Planning

Q: I want to book a party but have no idea where to start, can you advise us?

A: How to prepare your event to allow a smooth experience. First of all more importantly book a room which holds enough people, check to see if the place offers food as no party is complete without a buffet, contact us to make any requests for the event, such as availability, song requests, special announcements or any general enquires on your mind, we will need to take a small deposit, this secures your event and prevents double bookings, the balance will need to paid at the beginning of the evening in cash please, no cheques excepted due to clearance. Your deposit can be paid by personal cheque or by credit card (PayPal) - please allow payment to clear. Finally we encourance customers to pay the small deposit of 10% minimum one week or earlier before event. Deposits are non refundable. Our distance range is within the Coventry and surrounding area's only. We maybe able to travel outside the boundries but this maybe chargeable, please call us for a quote.
